Charan Homes Private Limited commenced its construction business in the year 1997 at Tirupati by constructing a number of apartments in Tirupati. It also extended its activities and operations in Bangalore in the year 2003.

The company has well qualified and experienced engineers and architects to design and execute the projects in the right way and at the right time.

The following are the some of the projects executed by the company.

In 1997, “ROHINI DELUXE” consisting of 36 apartments, “THE MEGHANA RESIDENCY” consisting of 50 apartments, and then came “RAMAKRISHNA PARADISE” consisting of 55 apartments, followed by “SESHADRI NILAYAM” consisting of 20 Luxury apartments. All these projects have been completed in Tirupati.

As a part of it's diversification plans the company expanded its business to the the Capital City of Karnataka during February 2005 with it's maiden Project “PALACE HEIGHTS” consisting of 16, 3 Bed Room Luxury Apartments located at Palace Cross Road, one of the posh areas of Bangalore. The project is expected to be completed by September 2006.

The company also started its second project by the name “SANJAY PALACE” at Sanjay Nagar, Bangalore which is one of the best residential localities consisting of 8, Luxury 3 Bed Room apartments.

Come July 2006 will see the company launch 3 new projects namely "SATYAM MEADOWS" at Tirupati, “CHARAN HABITAT” and “MEGHANA MEADOWS” at Bangalore.
